- Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.
- A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
- Once a design proof is approved, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If there is an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
