Custom Orders

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
  • Once a design proof is approved, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If there is an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
