Processing Time

  • All custom orders require 5–10 business days for production, depending on design complexity and current order volume.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your item by a specific date.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via USPS or another selected carrier.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • Gina’s Vybe Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
